Four key dates structure the 2026 cycle. The conference runs 7–8 October 2026 at the Aphrodite Palace.

    27 September 2026

    Registration form submission.
    It goes in via your conference account.

  2. Stage 2 · September

    27 September 2026

    Payment of conference fee.
    Bank transfer details on the Registration & Fees page.

  3. Conference dates

    7 — 8 October 2026

    In person at the Hotel Aphrodite Palace, Rajecké Teplice.
    Two days of plenary and parallel sessions.

  4. Stage 3 · October

    18 October 2026

    Abstract and final paper submission.
    Submit your abstract together with the full paper, or send the abstract earlier on its own. The editorial decision is emailed shortly after the abstract arrives. The peer-review process begins after this date.
