graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. He is the Department director of Criminal Law, Criminology, Criminalistics and Forensic Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica and a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. He actively participates in international scientific conferences and participates in solving selected scientific research tasks.
