Doctor of Economics working as a Professor, the Head of the Department “Economics of Transport” of Emperor
Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. She has published more than 120 scientific books and articles in the field
of transport economics, investment design and management, digital technologies, ICO, published in Russia, Canada, Slovakia,
USA, and other countries. She is the Head of the research school “High Speed Economics”, a Member of the Expert Council of
the Supreme Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation. Natalia Zhuravleva has practical experience as an expert of the Government
of the Russian Federation on the design and construction of transport infrastructure.
