PhD, PostDoc Elina Mikelsone professionally and academically has experience in management of technology. In last 6 years she has participated in more than 20 scientific conferences and has published more than 20 articles. Mikelsone has more than 10 year experience as international and national level project manager and assistant. Elina is also Reviewer of Scientific Journals in Latvia and internationally. To promote innovation and introduction of new technology in organisations she has established a NGO Idea and Innovation Institute. In 2021 started PostDoc project about idea management.
