He professionally develops awareness of coaching as a member of SAKO with operations in the Slovak Republic and since 2014 active in the Žilina region as one of the founding members of the Association of Žilina Coaches (ZAKO). He works as a lecturer-coach in the implementation of workshops of the course “Coaching in the workplace” for all levels of management.
