Alena Novák Sedláčková is an associate professor in the Air Transport Department at the University of Žilina. She is an expert in legal aspects of the civil aviation focused on impact of technology development. She lectures on aviation law and is engaged in the implementation process of international and European civil aviation law into the Slovak legal system, as well. She deals with legal problem issues regarding the impact of the relevant legislation on the competitiveness of the European Union’s civil aviation in the global aviation markets.
