She works as an assistant professor at the Department of Management of the Faculty of Management and Business of the PU in Presov, where she provides the teaching of subjects in the field of management, with a primary focus on the field of human resources management. As part of her research activities, she is particularly dedicated to solving partial problems of human resource management in an international context. She is the co-author of several scientific monographs, scientific articles published in the databases Web of Science, Scopus, as well as several contributions from international scientific conferences. As a co-researcher, she participated and is currently participating in several scientific research projects.
