Daphne Vidanec (1975, Zagreb), Ph.D. & MSc. In Phil; MA in Theol.; is higher education institution tenured professor of Business Ethics at Balthazar University of Applied Sciences (Zaprešić, Croatia) and research associate in interdisciplinary program, as well. Since 2005 Vidanec is continuously engaged with philosophical investigations and scientific work. Vidanec published around 100 papers, including book proceedings and books chapters written in domestic and foreign languages and she is author of 7 individually written books, included her recent one Narratives of Modernitiy: Moral and Ethical Outlooks of Social Reality (January 2024). Vidanec was (invited) speaker at 60 international at domestic conferences, symposiums and round tables here and abroad. Her expertise is Moral Philosophy, Philosophical Hermeneutics, and selected discipline sin Theology. Her hobby is sport, music, digitalization and operation systems analytics.
