Simona Ščepková is pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. Her academic pursuits revolve around digital marketing, eco-marketing, and innovative marketing communications. In her doctoral research and published works, she delves into “groundswell marketing”, exploring how online discussion participants influence the communication of eco-friendly products by enterprises. She co-authored a scholarly monograph addressing the phenomenon of “groundswell” on social media. Additionally, she has penned numerous articles and academic papers, which have been published and presented both domestically and internationally, contributing significantly to the field. Throughout her academic journey, she has held various roles in advertising and digital agencies, specializing in off-page SEO and linkbuilding, social media marketing, copywriting, email marketing, PR, and sales promotion. Currently, Simona serves as a copywriter and social media manager for the FMK Career Centre, while also contributing to organizing events aimed at the career development of UCM students.
