Ing. Renata Skýpalová, Ph.D., MBA, is the Head of the Department of Management and Human Resources at AMBIS University, where she also serves as the guarantor of the Bachelor’s degree programme in Human Resources Management. Furthermore, she collaborates with Masaryk University in Brno, specifically with the Faculty of Social Studies, where she is employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Social Policy and Social Work.
Her professional activities are focused on human resource management, employer branding, corporate social responsibility (CSR), SME development and adult education. She has authored or co-authored numerous professional publications and books, and her H-index on WOS reaches the value of 5.
Dr. Skýpalová is actively involved in research projects in the Czech Republic and abroad, including cooperation with organisations such as the Visegrad Fund. She engages in collaborative endeavours with corporate entities and institutional bodies, thereby facilitating the translation of theoretical concepts into practical applications.
