Matúš Baráth is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava at all levels of study. In scientific research, he focuses on flexible forms of work and their impact on individual entities in the labor market, marketing, public and municipal administration. He has diverse rich work experience in various fields, until recently he worked at the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic. In practice, he also works in the field of municipal politics and in the private sphere he is engaged in marketing management and consulting in the field of process efficiency.
