Dr. Alena Fedorova (PhD in Management) is an Associate Professor of the Human Resource Management and Psychology Department at the Ural Federal University. Her main areas of research and teaching include digital economy, labour economics and human resource management. She has published more than 90 papers in the journals of national and international repute. She is a Head of the study project ‘Development of tools for assessing the impact of social pollution of labour relations on the employees’ wellbeing in a digital economy’ supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR).
