Anamaria Mișa- PHD student in the third year at the Management Doctoral School of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Currently, I work as a communication and CSR manager at one of the largest banks in Romania. With the management experience accumulated in the last ten years in the banking system, I want to develop the theoretical research framework through doctoral studies.
