Until 2001 a professional soldier, in the years 1997-2001 an employee of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, performing functions in units dealing with the analysis of defense resources and defense planning of NATO. As well as a coordinator in the Polish Armed Forces in the European Long-Term Planning Group of the EU. Currently an assistant professor at the Faculty of Security, Logistics and Management of the Military University of Technology. Interests working in hazardous conditions, perceiving warning signals, monitoring threats, perception neurology. Author of 12 monographs and 90 scientific articles, creator and editor of the scientific journal Defence Science Review.
