She works as a chief at the Department of social science, Technical University in Kosice. She teaches subjects Training – educational course of personal development, Teamwork, Business ethics, Development of skills for the labor market. Pedagogically and Scientifically focuses on the issuses of personality of the manager, applied ethics, business ethics in social and economic transformation. She creates and participates in a number of scientific projects at home and abroad (ESF, APVV, KEGA MŠ SR, VEGA MŠ SR, OPVVV, NFP), also educational activities of various events (such as lectur and consultant) aimed at developing soft skills. Her research focus and educional courses shifted on managerial psychology (personal development of managers, ethics decision-making in management) at universities, firms. She is also a member of the Standing Committee on Ethics and Regulation of Artificial Intelligence – Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. She is also a reviewer of scientific studies and a member of the scientific council in journals at home and abroad (Zeszyty Naukowe Politechniki Poznańskiej seria Organizacja i Zarządzanie, Academic Journal of International Economics and Management Research, Ecoletra, Právo ekonomika a manažment, Andragogika, Academic Journal of International Education Research, Controlling a finančno – manažérske teórie v praxi, Law, Economy &. Management-EEDA, Czasopismo Studia Ecologiae et Bioethicae). She is co/author of several monographs, books and studies in Croatia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
