Her working place is the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N.Yeltin, but she also participates in Ural Humanitarian Institute, Department of Psychology and Cathedra of Human Resources management and Psychology. Her scientific interests are mostly focused on human resources management, talent-management, philosophical anthropology and philosophy and management of education.
