graduated from the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. He works as postdoctoral student at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology, Criminalistics and Forensic Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. In practice, he works as associate in the law office of JUDr. Martina Landla. He actively participates in international scientific conferences and participates in the solution of selected scientific research projects. In his research and practice, he focuses on issues of commercial law, criminal law, medical law and personal data protection.
