Graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics in 1993. Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1998, St. Petersburg State University, computational mathematics). I worked at the Faculty of Management of St. Petersburg State University (Department of Management Theory, Department of Information Management). Since 2002 – Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics Herzen State Pedagogical University. Since 2005, Head of the Department of Marketing and Strategic Planning Herzen State Pedagogical University. In 2007 she defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economics. Since 2013 Professor of the Department of Sectoral Economics and Finance Herzen State Pedagogical University.
