is a full-time Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Lusófona University (Porto); Investigator at Centro de Estudos Avançados em Direito Francisco Suárez (CEAD – Francisco Suárez); Invited Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto and at Católica Porto Law School. Works in the area of Law, with a special focus on competition law; regulation; European law and European Union, and currently investigating the global trend of criminalization of competition laws, in particular cartels.
