Member of the Department of Administration and Public Management within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. In 2009 he defended his doctorate with a thesis in the field of management entitled “Advanced training systems through electronic communication techniques”. He has published 4 books as sole author or co-author, over 100 articles in journals indexed in international databases and has participated in over 50 international conferences organized in Romania or abroad.
