Vice-Rector for Strategy and Development of the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice, at the same time representative of the Department of Management at the Institute of Corporate Strategy.
In her scientific, creative and pedagogical field she is devoted to the issues of strategic management and decision-making, especially the generation of corporate strategies, analysis and projection of the value chain, business models, issues of corporate management, projection and regulation of business processes.
